How are we all starting the week?
I have exciting news here about sustainable style and feature on a magazine. Whoooot?!
And just in time for Fashion Revolution!
Talking Sustainable Style on ExpatLiving Magazine
It doesn’t happen everyday that you see your face on a magazine, right? I’m super excited to share my feature on the Expat Living Magazine Singapore, where I talk about sustainable fashion and style. Because those two can easily go together!
When I first arrived in Singapore, ExpatLiving was (and still is) the place where I would look for information about cool places to visit in Singapore, where to eat, where to have drinks after work, etc.
It’s also the best place to find lists of hairdressers, nail salons and anything you can think of. You will see Asian fashion brands featured and the best tips for getaways around the Region. Everything is perfectly organized for you to find what you are looking for.
If you are new to Singapore I highly recommend to browse through their website and flick through their monthly magazine. It is full of great content beautifully curated.
When they contacted me to see if I’d like to be featured on their Singapore Street Style section, at first I was reluctant because why the hell would someone want to see me in a magazine?!
And me on a magazine? What? How? Nooooo! (Monkey emoji covering eyes)
Impostor syndrome right there. But getting out of your comfort zone is the best thing you can do. And so I did.
I said yes, and I love the result!
In this interview I talk about my personal sustainable style, mostly about the pieces in my wardrobe that I wear constantly!
But I also give some tips to make better purchasing choices and how they will help you to have a more sustainable style too!

Let me know what you think!
Love,
Elisa
